If you must cancel your appointment, it is required to give at least 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees.  A $50 cancellation fee will be requested for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment start time. Please text 480.232.5130 to cancel.

A $50 deposit will be charged upon booking for any new lash set. Your entire deposit will be used towards the cost of the lash set. If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment start time, the deposit will not be refunded. An additional cancellation fee will not be charged on top of the deposit. 

Please arrive on time with no makeup and for all lash extension clients please arrive with super clean lashes. If you are late or if you do not have clean lashes, this will reduce your appointment time. This may result in an incomplete look. The charge for the appointment will remain the same.

**40% of the eyelash extensions must remain for a standard lash fill. If you have less than 40%, a full set will need to be booked.

** Foreign fills are on a case by case basis. They may require more time, or may require a removal. This will be charged according to time spent. 

**Mini fills must have 80% of your lash extensions or more.

**if you request a specific lash map/strip lash look/Russian volume there is a fee of an additional $25. Must send a text with photo of specific lash set request to 480.232.5130
